Restrictions of Use for Art to Heart™ worship resources
In purchasing an Art to Heart worship resource, you are buying permission to use copyrighted materials, including the PowerPoint presentations, the text, and in some cases, the artwork images themselves. Art to Heart Ministries retains full ownership of the files you download. In return for the purchase price, you receive permission to use the worship resource in conjunction with activities conducted by the purchasing church or organization. As long as you do not violate the restrictions below, you may use the files as many times as you wish.
Art to Heart Ministries
does reserve some restrictions on the rights to use the downloaded files.
These restrictions include: 1. You may not present any worship resource without properly crediting Art to Heart Ministries as the source. Starting the presentation with the title screen, which includes the Art to Heart logo, is sufficient. If this is undesirable, you must list a printed credit in the worship bulletin or order of worship. This printed credit must include the text "used by permission of Art to Heart Ministries, http://www.arttoheartweb.com." If neither of these options will work for you, please contact us to devise a suitable means for acknowledgment.
2. You may not use worship resources in conjunction with activities conducted by any organization other than the purchasing organization, without purchasing a separate resource for the new organization.
3. You may not make audio or video recordings or other copies of performances of any worship resource without prior written consent from Art to Heart Ministries.
4. You may not copy the files for any reason other than as needed to present the worship resources in your worship services or other activities, and for backup purposes (for instance, you may not make copies to distribute outside the purchasing organization).
5. You may not use any Art to Heart materials in a way that dishonors God. Art to Heart Ministries reserves the right to rescind all rights of use to any purchaser who, in the sole judgment of Art to Heart Ministries, uses the materials in a way that dishonors God.
